crispy ham & cheese penne.
take leftover christmas ham (thawed), slice thin, & crisp in olive oil. deglaze hot pan with heavy cream and slowly add gruyere, sharp cheddar, & provolone. drain pasta - mix ham, cheese, & noodles - place in a casserole dish and top with buttered panko. die happy.
